Delivery Regions

We currently ship across Australia. International shipping will be available soon.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days, depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free for orders over $130. A flat rate applies to orders below this threshold. Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. All parcels are sent via reputable carriers and are fully trackable.

Packaging

Returns

Our Approach

At Olivetta, every product is selected and packed with the greatest care. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We ask that you choose carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Email orders@olivetta.com.au with your order number, photos, and a brief description, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear.
