At Olivetta, every product is selected and packed with the greatest care. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for change of mind. We ask that you choose carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Email orders@olivetta.com.au with your order number, photos, and a brief description, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear.
