How To Use

Warm a pea-sized amount of balm between your fingertips, then gently massage into the temples and around the base of the neck. Alternatively, massage a small amount into your hands and enjoy the aroma as part of your evening wind-down.

For children over 12 months, apply a small amount to the soles of the feet or gently massage onto the chest.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
