Olivetta Terra Australis Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Surf Coast, Victoria
Our Terra Australis Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a carefully crafted, complex and expressive blend of estate-grown Frantoio and Leccino olives. Inspired by the fruity vibrancy and gentle spice characteristics of the great oils of Tuscany, Italy, it is both elegant and robust in character.
This boutique estate oil is sourced from a single grove nestled in the hinterland of the Surf Coast within Victoria’s Greater Geelong region, an area renowned for its diverse microclimates and exceptional olive-growing conditions. The grove is planted on fertile volcanic clay loam, with cool coastal temperatures and generous rainfall creating the ideal environment for producing premium extra virgin olive oil.
Terra Australis is a medium to robust oil with fresh aromas of asparagus and green almond, layered with herbaceous rosemary notes and finished with a lingering white pepper spice that gives depth and complexity to the palate.
It is an oil designed not simply for cooking, but for generous sharing, drizzled over warm bread, fresh vegetables and long lunches around the table.

Milie Organics: Hobart, Tasmania
Based in Hobart, Milie Organics creates botanical skincare using quality ingredients with a strong connection to nature. Rowena's products feel understated and luxurious and are designed to support everyday self-care without excess. Our favourites are the products made using olive oil from Tasmanian olive groves, of which we stock a range of skincare and soaps.

Tasman Clayworks: Windsor, NSW
Handcrafted by Steph from Tasman Clayworks in the historic town of Windsor, New South Wales, the Olivetta ceramic pieces celebrate texture, warmth and the beauty of handmade objects. Each piece carries its own character, bringing an earthy and tactile element to the table. Steph has created these pieces to be paired with Olivetta extra virgin olive oils, balsamic vinegars and Mixed Olives, and of course there is a platter for some delicious fresh bread to be shared.
