Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Olivetta Monthly Instagram Giveaway (“Promotion”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Promoter

The promoter is Olivetta Sydney Pty Ltd (ACN 675 025 993, ABN 24 675 025 993), based in Australia.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.

  • Employees of Olivetta Sydney Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. How to Enter

  • To enter, post a photo of your Olivetta product on Instagram.

  • Tag @weareolivetta and ensure your account is public at the time of the draw.

  • Use the hashtag #LifeWithOlivetta to increase visibility, though it is not mandatory.

4. Entry Details

  • Each unique, tagged post counts as one entry.

  • Entries carry over month to month only within the calendar year of submission.

  • Olivetta reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, or not in keeping with the brand’s values.

5. Prize

  • One winner will be selected at the end of each calendar month.

  • The prize is a $250 Olivetta digital gift card, valid for use at www.olivetta.com.au.

  • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Notification and Publicity

  • Winners will be selected at Olivetta’s discretion based on creativity, aesthetic appeal, and brand alignment.

  • Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 7 days of the end of each month.

  • If no response is received within 7 days, a new winner may be chosen.

  • By entering, you grant Olivetta the right to repost, share, and feature your content on its social media, website, and other marketing materials.

7. Content Ownership and Use

  • Entrants must own the rights to all content submitted.

  • Content must not infringe any third-party rights or feature individuals without their consent.

8. Privacy

  • Personal data collected will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with Olivetta’s Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

  • Participants release Instagram from any responsibility relating to the giveaway.

  • Olivetta will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this Promotion.

10. General

  • Olivetta reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
