Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and standard delivery usually takes 3 to 6 business days, depending on where it is going. December is our busiest period, so we recommend ordering early, particularly for gifts travelling to regional addresses or for larger corporate orders.

Yes. We ship right across Australia and every parcel is trackable. International shipping is not available yet.

Yes. Enter their address as the delivery address at checkout and we will send it directly to them. For a longer list of recipients, our gifting team can coordinate the whole order for you.

It depends on the set. The Pairing matches a 250ml Delicate extra virgin olive oil with a Fig black balsamic vinegar. The Gathering adds a gourmet salt and tapenade. The Grand Table builds out to a 750ml Terra Australis extra virgin olive oil with balsamic vinegar, flavoured salt, tapenade, capers and mixed olives.

Yes. All Olivetta products are vegan and naturally sourced, which makes them an easy gift when you are buying across a mixed list.

Because of the nature of our products we cannot accept change of mind returns, so please choose carefully and ask us if you are unsure. If an order arrives damaged or faulty, email orders@olivetta.com.au within 7 days with your order number and photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
