Use and Storage

Store out of direct light in a cool place while unopened. Consume before the Use By Date. Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 2 weeks.

How To Use

Especially good sprinkled over a traditional Caprese salad with juicy tomatoes, creamy mozzarella and fresh basil. Our capers also pair beautifully with olives and anchovies when tossed through freshly cooked pasta. Try them on a cream cheese and smoked salmon bagel, or crisp them up and serve with freshly roasted asparagus.
