This is a loose leaf tea, allowing the leaves to fully unfurl as they infuse, releasing their natural character and flavour. A more traditional way to enjoy tea, with a fuller and more considered infusion.

How To Use

Place one heaped teaspoon (2.5g) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75–85°C and allow to infuse for 3–4 minutes. Strain and serve.

Please note: Avoid over-infusing, as prolonged brewing may result in a bitter taste.
