Olivetta’s basil flavored extra virgin oil is a burst of fresh herbs on the nose. You’ll immediately want to drizzle it over freshly sliced flavorful heirloom tomatoes and mozzarella.

It is the perfect finishing touch for caprese salad, pizza and pasta.  Or use it for dips, cheese plates and hummus.

What makes it Extra Virgin Olive Oil?

To achieve the highest level of quality, and to be called Extra Virgin, our EVOO meets a number of important criteria: It has a chemical composition with an acidity level of less than 0.8% as tested in the laboratory; it is cold extracted to preserve its taste and benefits, and it is taste tested to ensure it has no defects.  In addition, no chemicals are used in the production process.  It truly is the pure juice of the olive fruit.

Our oils are preserved in opaque packaging to protect it from light, which destroys the benefits contained in the oil.
