Olivetta white chocolate flavored extra virgin olive oil is perfect to drizzle over vanilla ice cream.  Or to use in baking or for salads.  It creates a unique umami taste that takes your dishes to a new level.

What makes it Extra Virgin Olive Oil?

To achieve the highest level of quality, and to be called Extra Virgin, our EVOO meets a number of important criteria: It has a chemical composition with an acidity level of less than 0.8% as tested in the laboratory; it is cold extracted to preserve its taste and benefits, and it is taste tested to ensure it has no defects.  In addition, no chemicals are used in the production process.  It truly is the pure juice of the olive fruit.

Our oils are preserved in opaque packaging to protect it from light, which destroys the benefits contained in the oil.
